The Method of Living is designed to give you a bigger tank.

I help clients reach their ultimate potential by balancing the four major metric systems in the body:

Mental + Emotional + Physical + Spiritual

Coaching plans are curated based on each client’s needs, paving the way to reach both short and long-term goals. I work with an array of clientele with various issues- including relationship, mental health, eating disorders, addiction, weight, OCD, and body dysmorphia to name a few. 

The methodology begins by implementing various tools to support each system of the matrix.

How do we work together?

Step One:

30-minute complimentary consultation to make sure we are the right fit.

Step Two:

1-2 hour In-person or virtual assessment meeting.

Willingness, Goals, Barriers, Opportunities.

Step Three:

Schedule 1-2 hour weekly or bi-weekly immersion meetings

Accountability. Solutions to any roadblocks. Building on tools.

The Method of Living lives by the 21/90™ rule?

A three-month commitment is encouraged. Here’s why:

It takes 21 days to create a habit and 90 days to make it part of your lifestyle. After you complete the 90 days, the habit will be as much a part of your daily lifestyle as brushing your teeth.

Mental

I will connect the client with a therapist or any mental health professional that is needed to aid client in moving forward in their life while providing coaching to help with the day-to-day executive functioning skills, responsibilities, and organizational needs.

Emotional

I will help client reach emotional maturity through breathwork teachings, which is an active meditation that helps release anxiety, depression, fear, anger or any lingering feelings of resentments. This will allow client to release the old patterns and false narratives they have been functioning on and give the room to grow. I will also help client navigate through various resources to help provide the best emotional support they will need in order to move forward.

Physical

The scientific proof that regular physical activity promotes positive emotions is front and center in the Method of Living. I will provide workout plans and solutions to activities that help clients reach their fitness goals. Each plan will be custom to the client’s needs and willingness. If further support is needed, I will accompany clients to the gym and provide support as well.

Executive Functioning Skills

Executive functioning skills- helping clients who suffer from anxiety, depression or social inadequacy maintain a structured scheduled plan and offer accountability to make sure goals are being met. Provide organization in the client’s environment to help better their mental state with a functioning environment.

Spiritual

Based on client’s willingness, their new structured practice will include breathwork or any type of meditation to help a client achieve a connection with a higher power. Through journaling and various assignments, clients can pick and choose a routine that best suites their spiritual needs, whether it’s nature walks, meditation, reading, or writing- I will provide a plethora of tools and ideas to allow clients to think outside the box to best fulfill their highest self needs.

Nutrition

Learning how to “eat to live” instead of “living to eat” is a key tenant of the Method of Living. Nurturing the digestive system is an empowering way to maximize mind and body connection and potential. I will provide a nutrition plan based on the client’s needs and lifestyle as well as provide workout plans and solutions to activities that will help them reach their fitness goals. Each plan will be custom to the client’s dietary boundaries, needs, and willingness.
