What is the Method of Living?
The Method of Living provides structure in people’s lives to benefit all matrix systems.
With this approach, you are taking control of yourself, and your life, which is your responsibility.
The Method of Living provides a gateway to sustainable change that emerges simply by making approachable, informed and guided changes in all areas of your life. When you apply the Method of Living, YOU begin to change, and as a result, the world around you changes.
Imagine revealing the best version of you.
If everything is a mirror around us, then when we change on the inside, the reflection changes and we see things differently. Your world becomes filled with possibility and an abundance of joy, courage, and love for yourself. In turn, relationships are healthier, friendships are stronger, you respond rather than react to situations, you put your best foot forward with confidence and certainty and most importantly you practice gratitude and live in the present moment.
The Method of Living is a methodology that peels away old patterns, by taking comfortable risks and failing forward. True failure is doing nothing about your problems/issues.
If it is change that you seek, the Method of Living is for you.
Together, let us reach your ultimate potential by balancing the four major metric systems in the body:
Mental + Emotional + Physical + Spiritual
It is vital to take a look at the entire being when trying to change or better one area of life.
Our lives are like a pie divided into categories and everything in our life is based on relationships – with self, others, parents, bodies, high power, money- it all stems from a belief system that we have had our entire lives. A lot of people will see that when they start working on their spiritual practice they start to reach their fitness goals easier because they have let go of the underlying fear that has held them back. It is all intertwined and crucial to being balanced in life.
Any type of work on yourself is hard because it forces you to get out of your comfort zone. We grow the most the more uncomfortable we are. That’s where the change is. We will meet as much or as little as the client needs. Some clients need more face time per se and others are more self-sufficient and motivated. We measure improvement by referring back to the original goals we made, seeing if we are on track to accomplishing them. Looking at the daily structure, making sure there is follow through, and most importantly seeing, and determining how the client feels.
Every human being is fully capable of change.
